It's a matter of how to understand the way your subconscious mind and source communicate through you and learning how to connect with your energy. Learning how to tap into these broader perspectives expands our awareness of our lives overall, and also helps guide us in each moment. In this session, I guide you to tap into your innate knowing, to expand your awareness and come to know yourself on a deeper level. Open up and gain discernment of your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions. Learn how the universe speaks with you and how to create a dialogue through energy. Spirit communicates in many ways, learn to identify signs spirit makes when trying to get your attention. Trust your inner knowing and follow the flow of spirit. I will mentor you through this process.
